He entered the entertainment world with zero experience, but from day one, his enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and love for a challenge made it clear: he was meant for this. What sets Vito apart is his drive. He’s got the kind of motivation you can’t teach—and that’s a rare and powerful thing. He truly cares about Starshield, the culture we’re building, and the people we serve. He takes feedback with humility, constantly improves, and is quickly growing into a standout emcee Vito’s ability to read a room, connect with clients, and bring his signature humor and personality to every event makes him unforgettable.
