Valentino has been involved in music for quite some time, but what really stood out to me was his drive to become part of the Starshield team. Even during one of the busiest parts of the season, he kept following up, stayed persistent, and made it clear that this was something he truly wanted. When he finally auditioned, he absolutely blew us away. Since then, he has learned quickly, stepped into events, and has continued to make me really happy with the progress he’s made. As a Spanish speaker and guitar player, he brings a depth of musical knowledge and versatility that adds real value to our team. On top of that, he practices constantly, and I have a lot of respect for the work ethic and drive he shows every day. Valentino also has a great personality, a strong sense of humor, and fits naturally into the culture of Starshield.

  • I have been in the music industry for 5 years, and I started my DJing journey almost 2 years ago.

  • I make events successful by reading the crowd, talking with the client, and staying involved from start to finish. Nothing ever goes perfectly, and my job is to notice what the room needs and adjust on the spot.

  • Open format first, with a strong lean toward EDM and house.

  • Expanding my range into 50s and 60s music so I can cover that crowd just as well.
