This form does not guarantee entry into the playoffs. It simply allows us to collect accurate contact info so we can notify you if your team qualifies.
Final qualifying rosters will be announced on November 2nd, but you can check your team’s standings and likelihood of qualifying anytime at:

As our league grows, we are implementing stricter guidelines around team eligibility, including:

I understand that my team’s roster for the playoffs will be limited based on our average number of players during the regular season. For example, if our team averaged 6.1 players, we would be allowed a maximum of 7 players for playoffs.
